This past Wednesday Tyler and I were trying to beat the heat and found ourselves down by the beach. We went to OB Noodle House for the first time and pigged out! If you live in San Diego I really recommend popping in to chow down on some delicious friend dumplings, Pho and the cantalope infused whiskey. I know it sounds interesting but you taste buds will be dancing, promise! Little tip, I got it over ice instead of drinking it like a shot. We topped off the day taking a nice walk along the water and picking up the most beautiful sunflowers! It was such a treat to spend the evening together by the beach!

Surprisingly this is the first midi dress I have ever owned. I was a little hesitatant to jump on the midi length trend train because I wasn't sure it would flatter my figure. Needless to say that all changed the moment I slipped into this beauty from eShakti. I really love the ladylike feel you get while still being modern. Another major plus is that it has pockets! I love when something so classic, like this dress has a funky-fun addition that you wouldn't expect. Oh and the print!! The jewel tones are so gorgeous and dreamy.
