Good Morning, friends! Happy Friday Eve :) Originally this post was supposed to go live yesterday, but if you follow me on Snapchat, you know our day didn't go as planned! Kennedy ended up in the ER for some breathing issues. I'm happy to report that everything ended up being ok and it was nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little medicine and a lot of cuddles. It was quite a long and emotional day to say the least though. Nothing can prepare you for days like these in motherhood. I do believe they make you stronger at the end of the day!! Happy to have it behind us and happy to have our little peanut on the mend! 

Blue and white have been my jam lately and this little dress from Antique Garden is at the top of my favorites! I love how it can either be worn like a dress or I have even paired it with a pair of skinny jeans to make it work appropriate. The white flowers are embroidered on which is gorgeous! It gives it great texture. Paired with a pop of red lipstick and nails, it would make the perfect 4th of July weekend outfit! 

Speaking of 4th Of July, what fun things do you guys have planned? I'm hoping Kennedy is feeling all better by the weekend, so we can get out and celebrate! 

I also wanted to mention that aside from Antique Garden carrying some of the cutest clothing pieces, they have adorable home decor and gift items. I die over this yay champagne flute! How fun is that?! They also carry my all time favorite ABD mugs!! I have the "Miss Sassy Pants" mug and use it allll the time! I think it's time I add the "Let's Always Be Fancy" mug. It's too cute!! This blouse is EVERYTHING!! It is hands down my favorite item that Meritt has ever released! Now that's a very bold statement seeing as I'm madly in love with all their pieces. But this blouse is on another level, girls! I have worn it more times than I can count in the two weeks that I have had it in my wardrobe. The print is just the dreamiest floral there ever was. The style of the blouse is my favorite too. I love how it's flowy, but still flattering at the same time. I've had people stop me while I have been out and about to ask where I got it! I also love how versatile it is. It would make the cutest cover up lounging poolside!  While I really love this print, I can't help but lust over this purple floral too! This tropical print would be super cute too for a summer vacation. Basically, you can't go wrong with the Harper blouse, so you might as well order all of them. I think that's what I am going to do :)

Holy heat wave!! I don't know where you live, but here in San Diego, the weather is crazy! It was the hottest day in June, EVER yesterday. It got up to 109. Way too hot for us to function!! It's making me scared to see what this summer is going to look like! It is getting me excited to have pool days with our little babe though. I'm hoping she'll end up loving it & turn into a little fish :)

Have you ever came across a dress and fallen so in love, you wish you could wear it for every special event in your life?! That is exactly what happened when this vibrant floral dress entered my life. All the heart eyes in the world wouldn't give it enough praise. The fit is beyond flattering for everyone! The material is silky and just feels luscious. The print is perfection and gorgeous for summer. I wore this dress the other night when we out to celebrate our anniversary and Tyler was going on and on about how pretty I looked in it :) You know it's a winner when your guy notices your outfit! So if you see me wear this dress 20 more times this year, you'll know why!

This past Friday I had the pleasure of working with Erin from Erin Christine Photography. I was so excited to meet her because I love connecting with other moms & moms to be in this industry. She's expecting a little boy this October, so I knew we would have a lot to talk about. I was also so thrilled because her work is so dreamy. It was such an honor to be able to work together! She made it so easy, comfortable, quick, and stress free. Which isn't always the easiest task when you have a very active toddler with you! Bless her heart, she was so patient while Kennedy was too busy to smile, haha! Eating plants & dirt is so much more fun than a photo shoot, duh ;)

We took these photos over the weekend when we went down to Little Italy. Little Italy is one of my favorite places to go in San Diego. Maybe it's because we usually get gelato at some point :) We went because I heard there was a really neat park and we wanted to take Kennedy. The park ended up being really awesome! There was so many cool things to swing on and climb on. There's also a really cool water area that I want to take Kennedy back to! If you're in the area, you should check it out!

Off the shoulder and bell sleeves, yes please! This blouse is the perfect summer piece. I'm really loving the light blue color. Off the shoulder blouses and dresses are still having a major moment in the fashion world and I'm digging it! This blouse is only $14 which is just insane. (I'm wearing an XS for sizing reference)

I talked about on Instagram how much I love and over wear this pair of white denim. Whenever I get a new blouse, I find myself pairing with these jeans. They're so comfortable and the white denim really makes it feel a little dressier than regular old blue jeans. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a pair of white jeans! Plus the price point is right around $40 so they're a steal. If you pay attention too, they go on sale a lot. I think I grabbed them when they were only $19!!

If only you could have been a fly on the wall for this shoot. Little Miss sassy pants gave us a run for our money, to say the least haha! She spotted a play ground right by us and it was game over. She wasn't going to stop until we let her play :) All these pictures are of her running from us. Photo shoots with a toddler are not for the weak!! Sidenote, isn't her dress darling?! My girlfriend got it for her. I'm obsessed with it!

Speaking of obsessed, lets talk about this dress from Meritt's summer line. If you need me, I'll just me living in it alllll summer long :) The vibrant print immediately caught my eye when I was shopping online. I was really excited to get my hands on it because it was so fun and truly different than anything I have in my closet. Girls, it did not disappoint! The style is incrediabley flattering and slimming too. I wore it on Saturday when I had to run a couple errands and I was getting stopped by ladies asking where I got it! Seriously such a great piece. It also comes in a couple other prints too. I have my eye on the black one because it would be great for date night!!

Recently while getting lost in my endless scrolling on Instagram I came across Classic Dot. Love at first sight!! I've always been a mocc lover and if I had my way Kennedy would be wearing them well into her 20's ;) I loved all the fun colors Classic Dot had to offer and knew I had to get them on Kennedy's feet ASAP. I think almost every pair of moccs we have owned have either been gold or a metallic color. It took everything in me not to get these champagne color moccs. I decided to step out of our fashion comfort zone and get the flamingo pink!! I'm SO glad I did. They are the perfect pink and such a fun pop of color. The quality is outstanding! I love that they are so affordable too. Win, win! Today's blog post is extra special to me. Mindy Mae's Market will always hold a special place in my heart. They were my very first collaboration back when I started A Darling Dream. You may remember the major obsession I had with their gorgeous jewelry! I still continue to wear and love their jewelry to this day. They truly have become staples in my #armparty stacks. It has been really neat to watch them grow over the years and become the amazing shop they are today. If you haven't shopped Mindy Mae's Market lately, you are missing out! They carry all sorts of amazing brands from Free People to Ily. My wish list from their shop is about a mile long! I do have to admit this Wifey tee may be at the top with all the wedding festivities in the future :)

My all time favorite piece on their website, hands down, is this leopard clutch!! I have never met a leopard print I didn't love and this may just be the piece that I have been missing all my fashion loving life! I'm obsessed with the fact that it's not just a leopard print, but it's made of synthetic fibers that resemble fur. The quality is outstanding and no little animals were hurt...win, win! It's such a great statement piece that will work perfectly during the day for lunch with your girlfriends and can just easily be dressed up for date night. It's one of those pieces that I know I'll find myself styling my outfits around because I'm going to want to use it all.the.time!

I had a couple questions about the blouse I'm wearing here on Snapchat and sadly it is sold out online. I snagged it in store a couple weeks ago when Old Navy was having 50% off blouses. It was actually on the mannequin in the window and when I spotted it, I quickly had them strip that baby! If I do see it get restocked, I will let you guys know!! I did find almost the exact same tank and linked it for you guys! It seems like it would be a better option for dressing up. I also found this white tassel cover up that's too cute. If you can't tell, I want all the tassel things!
