I can hardly believe that my little baby, the one that made me a mama, our whole world is 4 years old!! Everyone tells you time flies when you have a baby, but you truly never realize how fast it goes till you are in it. It's the weirdest thing to put into words, but the last 4 years have been the longest and fastest years of my entire life. Ones that I could relive over & over. 

Kennedy's personality has always been big! You know exactly what I mean if you have met her. She is outgoing, makes friends with everyone, will talk your ear off, and loves to put on a show! At her little dinner party we threw her a couple nights ago, she gave a speech (all on her own!) where she told everyone "Thank you all for coming, I hope you had a great night, and I love you all!" Every single day she amazes me with how stinkin' cool she is! ....but let's be real, along with all that comes a very, very strong willed little girl that can bring the sass! There is tough, long days mixed in, but that's ok because this girl is knows what she wants!

I would have to say this past year has been my favorite. Everyone warned me that three was going to be hard and honestly I kept waiting for it. I will say it did start out a little rocky but nothing crazy. I think it might be because I started staying home with her the week she turned 3. This year she turned into our little buddy that really went everywhere with us. Her and Tyler had a lot of "daddy, daughter days" as she likes to call it, she went shopping (work/try ons) with me often, we had quite a few Disney trips, and even snuck in one Mommy and Daughter solo trip! That was possibly the highlight of the year for me personally. Those memories will always be some of my favs! 

A couple things I do not want to forget about right now:

*She LOVES LOL dolls and asks for one every single time we go to Target.

*She is baby doll obsessed (and real babies too!) along with her "stuffy animals". She either brings a baby or puppy with us everywhere we go.

*Her favorite songs (which she knows almost all the words) are Florida Georgia Line "meant to be", anything from the trolls soundtrack, and "meet me in the middle"

*She dances any chance she gets and wants everyone to watch!

*She loves "fresh popcorn", strawberries, watermelon, happy meals (mostly for the toys!), chips and salsa, and ice cream (duh)

*I never want to forget her face/excitement when we go to Disneyland! She is a pro at this point and her love runs deep (just like mom!) 

*How her and Tyler will go for Donut runs on the weekend just the two of them

Good Morning and Happy Monday! I hope everyone had the best Easter weekend filled with family fun. Ours was jam packed and left us exhausted and with full bellies & hearts! We are lucky enough to have a lot of family in town so most of our weekend was spent bouncing around house to house celebrating. Kennedy is basically a pro Easter Egg hunter at this point, lol! Tyler even got to dress up as the bunny for one of the parties! It was a great time.

Now that the temps are heating up, I know a lot of you have dresses on your shopping list. Today I wanted to show you a fun mommy and me option from Walmart! I mentioned in my last post (here) that I am teaming up with them for their #WeDressAmerica campaign and it's been so much fun putting together these affordable, on trend outfits. Their options are endless and I love that I keep finding cute pieces for me and the whole family! I've been finding myself on their site daily shopping their selections because I can't get enough!

I could not wait to try this dress! The sleeves and the fit of it seemed like it was going to be right up my alley. Just like everything else I have been sharing, it did not disappoint! The fit is perfection for the warmer months because it doesn't hug, also, it's crazy comfortable. Another great thing about it, is it can for sure be dressed up for the office or spring activities such as wedding/bridal showers. 

I of course styled it with my white sandals that I am LOVING! I think if you're keeping it casual it would look great with a denim jacket layered over it as well. You could easily swap them out for a wedge  (these have great reviews!) or heel to bring of the fancy factor a notch! The one thing I will mention, it does run big. I think I could have done an xsmall, so make sure to size down!

I always love a good tote I can throw everything in, but that's still cute! This one basically jumped in my cart online because it seemed too good to be true ;) Wait till you hear the price tag... $9?!? Yep, you read that right! It also comes in 9 colors total. I went with the lilac color because it was different than anything I owned and would be perfect for the warmer months. The quality is amazing! I used it today because we were gone all day for Easter and I needed to bring a change of clothes for Kennedy and extra odds & ends you need when having a toddler, lol. It really makes a great option if you don't want to bring a diaper bag or even if you work in an office and bring your laptop and extra items along! 

Kennedy's precious dress was the second one that came in the two pack I shared in my last post. I can't get enough of these dresses because they are practical and the prints are darling! They even have pockets, and what girl doesn't love that! Her exact one is flying, but under the same link there is a new blue option that is adorable!! So cute in fact, I already ordered them for Kennedy. You really can't beat 2 cute dresses for $10!! 

For sizing-I'd say they run tts.

Happy Tuesday, Friends! I am so excited to share today's post with you guys. I have partnered with Walmart for their #WeDressAmerica campaign and I'll be sharing two spring looks. What I love about this campaign is that Walmart is showing whoever you are and wherever you're from, they have fashion for all!!

 For most of my life I have been shopping at Walmart for household items and everyday essentials, but as of lately their clothing section has been catching my eye! Every time I'm in store, I somehow find myself in either the women's section or the toddler section for Kennedy. They even have some great men's items. They have become a shopping destination for the entire family!

I'm always looking for affordable, on trend pieces to share with you ladies, but never wanting to sacrifice quality. Everything that I am sharing today I promise is both of those. I can say with confidence that Walmart has become a new favorite shopping spot!

This Kimono was the first thing that caught my eye! I love the boho + floral mix and the fact that it's only $14! You can style with jeans or shorts for spring. I paired it with these jeggings that are so incredible! They fit like a glove (size up one) and are only $17! They come in a couple washes and I am really tempted to grab the dark wash. If you work in a business casual office, I think these would even work for that! I also love this tank that I layered under the kimono. In fact, I loved it so much I also grabbed it in the striped option! It comes in at $5!! Which if you're keeping track, you can grab all three pieces for

 under $40!! 

My favorite part of this entire look is the sandals! The quality is insane. They rival some of my favorite designer sandals. I'm also loving the white because they will pair with just about everything for spring + summer. They could also be dressed up, which makes them an excellent option for traveling! They are available in 4 color options too. The bottom is made of a really soft cushion, so they are extremely comfortable! 

I do want to say to that if you're more of a heel or wedge girl, I found these designer dupe option that have great reviews are only $19! They would look equally as cute with this outfit.

I have to start with the shorts because I was literally blown away when I got them! They are hands down the best denim shorts I have tried all year. Which is mind boggling since they ring in at $13!! In fact, I loved them so much I turned around and ordered the white! The denim ones run tts, I did my normal size 4 and they fit perfectly. They have great length, so you don't have to worry about anything hanging out and they are insanely comfortable! If I didn't know the price, I would have guessed they were three times the amount for the quality!

I also adore this floral blouse! It can be worn like this or open like a jacket. It comes with the little tank under it too. I thought the swiss dot & floral print was such a pretty mix for spring. It also comes in three other color options. 

Let's not forget the accessories too! This blush bag was one of the first items I purchased. I am digging the circular style which is on trend and the blush goes with everything. It's the perfect spring bag. These sandals are another great find! These are just like the white ones being that they are extremely comfortable! I would suggest sizing up 1/2 a size as these ones ran a little small. They are styled here in the rose gold, but there is 6 color options available online. 

I wish Kennedy's darling little dress came in my size! We went to brunch after these photos were shot and she got so many compliments. It comes in a two pack and is available in two color options. Her's came with an adorable floral one that you will be seeing soon. I do layer these bike shorts under. Her jelly shoes are ones that we purchase year after year because they are so easy and go with everything! They are also on sale for $1 online!! They do run a little big, so we sized down one from her normal size.
